What is the minimum dimension I need to install the Automatic Laundry System?
Our Laundry system mostly will require 140cm length and 50cm width. If unsure, please leave us your contact, our friendly colleagues advise for you!
Warranty Information
The warranty applies to Homino laundry products and covers defects in the normal installation and use of material and/or workmanship. Homino shall, at the discretion of the company, provide repair or replacement of the defect free of charge within the warranty period.
The typical workaround time-frame is estimated at 3 to 14 business days, having regard to the availability of technicians. For the remainder of its warranty period, the warranty regarding a repaired product/part will continue to be warranted.
What Is Not Covered In My Warranty?
Unless the defect claimed is due to faulty, defective parts or workmanship, you may not make a claim under this warranty. This warranty does not cover: batteries for the remote controller; misuse, including failure to maintain or service properly; normal wear and tear; surges of power, damage to the electric storm or incorrect power supply; malfunction caused by improper disassembly, alteration of the power supply Malfunction caused by improper 3rd party disassembly, modification or repair; Incorrect, inappropriate or unsuitable operation; An infestation of insects or vermin; Accidental damage due to negligence of one’s own; External damage from chemical fumes or sharp objects. Homino shall, at the discretion of the company, have the final judgement.
What is Basic Installation?
Basic Installation means having loose wiring able to support at least 6A for the laundry system within 1m and have a switch to on/off it. If unsure, can whatsapp us for more details 🙂

Our Laundry system will not rust, don’t worry!
How Long Is Your Warranty And What Does It Covers?
Parts warranty 2 years and Motor warranty 5 years.
Any Hidden Charges?
Our prices include basic installation* and dismantle of the existing laundry system. Basic installation means installed on the concrete ceiling below 2.8m and has a loose wiring within 1m. Additional charges will be imposed if extra services are required. For example, False Ceiling, high ceiling, require an individual switch. or extending wiring to customer’s PowerPoint.
How Fast Can Your Automatic Laundry System Dry?
There is no exact answer for this, as it will depend on various factors. The material of the clothes, how damp is your clothes when taken out from the washing machine, the weather will also greatly speed out the drying process.
Is your heater useful?
Our advice is that clothing’s with material harder to dry to put directly under the heater. It will help to speed up the process by a lot.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Paynow to our company UEN after installation is complete.
